Service Description

You save $25 if you purchase sessions in a block of 5. Because everyone’s central nervous system is different, it is not possible to predict exactly how your brain will respond to the information NeurOptimal® provides, or how many sessions it will take to "optimise" itself. It also depends partly upon your brain training goals. After 5 sessions you will likely feel calmer, more focused, perhaps you will be sleeping better, or remembering things without so much effort. It is a good taster program to let you see the benefits of NeurOptimal Neurofeedback and decide if you wish to press on to permanent and lasting change with the 20-30 sessions going forward.

Cancellation Policy

For individual sessions, please give us the courtesy of cancelling at least 24hrs in advance. A group session will need a minimum of 72hrs notice to cancel. Thankyou
